• Spot clean only with a damp cloth
• Avoid exposing the metal clip in water to prevent rusting
• Store flat to maintain ribbon shape
• Store away from direct sunlight

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our hair accessories and scrunchies.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
